Congratulations to all of our Athletes for a GREAT first season!!!The Athletic Boosters are very proud of all of our student athletes and coaches who helped put Patterson Mill on the map and in the minds of opposing teams this year. The Huskies proved that as the new kid on the block, they are a force to be reckoned with in the Susquehanna division of the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference--many teams went undefeated!!! The Huskies fielded a few Varsity teams that were composed entirely of freshmen and sophomores. They held their own or out scored Varsity opponents, whose rosters included mostly juniors and seniors--all the while exhibiting the same level of maturity and sportsmanship as the competition. Some Husky athletes were singled out for their performances and named to All-Harford honors: Jake Silverman ~ All-County Cross Country (First Team), Track and Field (Honorable Mention) Katie Ward ~ All-County Swimming (First Team) Myles Daniels ~ All-County Swimming (Honorable Mention) Heather Espeland ~ Track and Field (Honorable Mention) Kerri Peterson ~ All-County Swimming (Honorable Mention) Kara Tolson ~ All-County Swimming (Honorable Mention) Have a fun and safe summer!!! Daktronics "SportStar Live" Video Board DemoOn April 7, spectators at the women's JV lacrosse game vs John Carroll were treated to a real-time demo of the Daktronics "SportStar Live" Video Board, the crown jewel of the proposed Husky Stadium scoreboard. Daktronics technicians fed a live video stream of the game as well as canned graphics to the Video Board to demonstrate its capabilities. Afterwards, the Boosters hosted Community Sponsor Night, where a presentation was made to several promenient local business leaders to discuss available sponsorship opportunities with the new scoreboard.
